The protection of personal data – and therefore your privacy – is taken very seriously by us. We would like to explain to you at this point how we protect your data and what it means for you when you use our services. What are personal data?
Personal data are information which can be assigned to you individually. Examples include ( your "name", "address", "postal address", "telephone number" or your "email address.) Data which are not personal are details about the number of users of a site, for example.
Collection, Processing and Use of Personal Data by the operator
Personal data are collected through this app as follows: when you register in the App, you will be asked to provide a freely selectable username and your date of birth. This data will only be stored in the App.
After registration, the app will establish a Bluetooth connection to the zerex connect smartwatch selected by you and will receive the following information from it (if you have activated the corresponding functions on your smartwatch):

In all cases the only information which is transmitted is the fact that a message/call has been received. No information about the caller/sender or the contents of the message is transmitted either to the APP or by the APP to the smartwatch.
Without your specific consent, we use the data supplied by you only to fulfill and execute the offer. In all cases the exercise data are stored for a period of 30 days. After this time the older data are deleted. The user name and date of birth are automatically deleted as soon as you remove the app from your smartphone.
No data are disclosed to third parties. Your data are not used for advertising purposes.
If we also use personal data for a purpose for which your consent is required according to the law, we will request your explicit consent in each case. You can revoke any consent that you have submitted at any time.
Security, SSL Technology
The operator has taken technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, in particular against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized individuals. These security measures are continually adapted in line with the latest technological developments.
